Jason Buffington is a senior technical product manager at Microsoft, focusing on System Center Operations Manager, AVIcode and Data Protection Manager.
Jason has been working in the networking industry since 1989, focusing mainly on data protection and storage technologies - including roles at Cheyenne (now CA) ARCserve and NSI (now Vision) DoubleTake.
He is previously a Certified Business Continuity Planner, MCSE, MCT, and was awarded as a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) prior to joining Microsoft. Jason has spoken around the world at numerous Microsoft events, and his work has been published in several industry journals.
